How can I place order?
Answer: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

How can I pay you?
Answer: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank),Western Union and L/C.

What’s the order procedure?
Answer: First we will sent you the PI to confirm. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-30 days if we don’t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

How do you check all the goods in the production line?
nswer: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.

What is the MOQ ?
Answer :200 sets ,special sample can be negotiated.

What is the delivery time ?
Answer :30 days after we got 30% deposit.

What is your packing ?
Answer : standard carton and wooden pallet ,special packing can be done by request .

What is the warranty ?
Answer : 2 years .

Do you have stock ?
Answer : we have a few inventory ,usually done base on orders.

Answer : TT , 30% deposit in advance ,balance paid before delivery .
